Join us for a fun Chair Fitness class at home on Zoom. Get your body moving, stretch, strengthen, improve your circulation, breathe, and enjoy an uplifting message! Every Tuesday morning at 10am for 45 minutes with fitness instructor, Mary Beth Senechal. All you need is a chair, your computer, and a bottle of water. Come for the fun and the fellowship!
Chair fitness class - Tuesdays 10am (45 min class followed by 15 min of open fellowship time for anyone that would like to stay online), starting October 6.
Cost (each pass is for household/not individual):
