A study of Christian genealogy. Leaders of the nascent Church that followed the apostles lived in tumultuous times. They read scripture from scrolls that may have been originals or recent
copies. They had no commentaries, concordances, or the internet to help them understand the context and history of God’s Word.
And yet, they shaped our beliefs today. They became known as The Patristics.

Bill McKee, Adjunct Professor at Grand Canyon University, is a U.S. Air Force Academy and Fuller Seminary graduate and is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Trinity Bible College and Graduate Studies. Bill, who has led several Boomer Community Group studies, also teaches “The Bible, Economics, and Flourishing” at GCU
