Sunday School continues September 7

Sunday School for children ages 3 years old through 5th grade kicked up August 17th. Children will head to their Sunday School classrooms with their volunteer leaders following the children’s message at either the 9 or 10:30AM worship services. We ask that ALL children are re-registered annually. Click on the link here to register!!

Bring your Parents to Preschool Sunday School, September 7.

Please make plans to join us September 7th at 9 or 10:30AM following the children'smessage. It’s Bring your Parent to Preschool Sunday School. We have a special program just for parents and their preschoolers!

How to read your Bible, 3rd Grade Family Workshop

Third grade families are invited to a special workshop in preparaqtion for the presentation of 3rd grade Bibles. Workshop is September 14 at 10:30 in room D201, and Bible presentation is in worship at 9 or 10:30 on September 21.

Tina Gilbreath

Tina Gilbreath, her husband Todd, and her 4 children Wil, Annie, Adam & Charlie have been members at Valley Presbyterian church since 2005.  Originally from Tucson, she is a Wildcat through and through and received her BS in 1988 and BA in 1997 at the University of Arizona. She also received her master’s degree in education in 1995. Before staying at home with her kids she taught middle school and led teacher training and staff development at both the district and university levels.

She felt God calling her into ministry at VPC in 2007, and since then has enjoyed working with the children, families, and volunteers at VPC to create dynamic children’s ministry programs and events. As Director of Family Ministries, she relishes helping families nurture the faith of their children, a passion for her. When not having fun hiking, traveling, or hanging out with her family she enjoys reading, painting, and crafting.
