Blessings to your family! Take a look at what is coming up as we round out this special church season of Lent...

Palm Sunday Procession+Rehearsals

Sundays 2/25, 3/3, & 3/10, 10-10:30AM

If your child would like to participate please bring them to room C9 between services on at least one of these Sundays to rehearse the song.

The Procession will take place, Sunday March 24th. Mandatory rehearsal for all wishing to participate is Sunday, March 17th,11:45 to 12:45 PM.

Hop on over for Bunny Business on March 23!

Mark your calendars and make plans to invite a friend. Bunny Business 2024 is Saturday, March 23 from 9-11AM.

There will be inflatables, the Awaken café, Easter candy, an I Spy scavenger hunt, photobooth, and more!

Easter (3/31) is a time for Family Worship!

Nursery care will be offered for children under 3 years old at all Holy Week services (except the first service on Easter). Enjoy Family Worship with your older children. We will have worship packets available and as always feel free to bring your own bag of quiet activities. Learn more about Family Worship here and check out additional tips here.

Join us Sundays!

Kids join us each week as we dig into the Epic Teachings of the Bible at Sunday School during 9 or 10:30AM service following the children's message! (Yes, we DO have Sunday School on BOTH Sundays of Spring Break.) Check-in with our staff in the foyer of the Sanctuary to learn more about Sunday School and our other programs!

Wednesdays + VPC=Oasis

Everyone is invited to join the fun on Wednesday nights through May 10. There is something for all ages-- check it out at vpc.church/oasis. Oasis Kids! (K-5th), Oasis minis (3-5y.o.), and minis (under 3) will have just two lessons in March a Science wrap up, and a special Easter lesson. We meet 6-7:15. Dinner is available beginning at 5:15. Tina Gilbreath

Tina Gilbreath, her husband Todd, and her 4 children Wil, Annie, Adam & Charlie have been members at Valley Presbyterian church since 2005.  Originally from Tucson, she is a Wildcat through and through and received her BS in 1988 and BA in 1997 at the University of Arizona. She also received her master’s degree in education in 1995. Before staying at home with her kids she taught middle school and led teacher training and staff development at both the district and university levels.

She felt God calling her into ministry at VPC in 2007, and since then has enjoyed working with the children, families, and volunteers at VPC to create dynamic children’s ministry programs and events. As Director of Family Ministries, she relishes helping families nurture the faith of their children, a passion for her. When not having fun hiking, traveling, or hanging out with her family she enjoys reading, painting, and crafting.
