LUKE 17:16 | 16 He prostrated himself at Jesus' feet and thanked him. And he was a Samaritan.
Physical healing is a great blessing! For a leper it meant the end of ostracism and isolation and the return to society and normal life. Instead of living in mandatory isolation and announcing your uncleanliness with every public appearance, he was now able to return to family life, work, and worship. His dire health prognosis was over and the spiritual stigma of feeling cursed had ended. Physical healing was a great blessing.
But not as key as what happened when gratitude pulled him back to thank Jesus. He prostrated himself, and this means adapting a worship posture. Healing is good, connecting with the great Healer is even better!
Have you ever been left out or ostracized?
Have you ever experienced healing?
