ACTS 8b | 8b and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.
Jesus’ “invasion” of the earth, and its dark kingdom of evil and sin, continues through His followers. They proceed into the battle seemingly unarmed. No army, no visible weapons, no political power, no standing in the ancient world, and plenty of enemies. But they possess the power of truth and the power of witness. They can embody God’s love and compassion, they can teach and seek His justice, they can celebrate His name, and the Spirit which inspires and guides them is transferable. When conviction comes, when submission to Jesus’ authority happens, others’ lives are also invaded and their hearts transformed.
