Beat mid-fall overwhelm!

We’re halfway through the fall semester. The initial back-to-school excitement has worn off. Activities are in full swing and overwhelm may be setting in. The contrast with last year may be leaving us with a mild case of shock. And, what about our kids? They may be struggling too.
This mid-way point is a great time to pause and check-in with your family and assess the situation. Evaluate your family’s physical, mental, social and emotional balance. If your family is feeling overwhelmed or without motivation chances are you are out of balance in one or more of these areas. Check out these easy fixes:

Trunk or Treat is for fun for kids of all ages! Bring a bag, come dressed in your Halloween best, and get some candy as you visit each trunk. Food Trucks will have delicious food for sale. Spend time in the
bounce houses and visit the photo booth.

Oasis Kids! is a safe and fun environment to learn about the world in creative ways. Your child will play, pray, learn, sing and just have fun!
