Your Summer Reading List June 26, 2026 Devotional

There are so many factors in play in making my grape vines produce good fruit. Ultimately, I have no control on creating life; that is a God activity. This is what the Kingdom is; a group of people bringing their best, no matter how meager in a worldly sense, and watch as God does the amazing work. The first followers of Jesus, around a hundred men and women, believed in the life-changing message of Jesus so much so that they lived in such a way that everyone had what they needed. The Spirit worked through these people to a point where lives were being changed, miracles were unleashed in this world, and glory was given to God. There is no limit to what the Kingdom can do here and now.

“Have faith in God,” Jesus answered. “Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.
Mark 11:22-24
